Two activities are set for today to help prepare the park for the 25th annual Queen’s birthday celebration in early September. Thinning of the bamboo patch will happen on the northern quadrant at the tall yellow bamboo patch. Cleaning of the Lions Legacy Project will occur in the southern quadrant. Participate as you are able in either activity or both. Gloves will be available if you do not have your own. Cold beverages will be provided.
